Privacy notice

This notice applies to the English-language Credol SARL introduction and inquiry draft form. Updated October 28, 2026.

Information in the draft form

The form uses your name, reply email, selected service and message to prepare an email draft on your device. It does not upload the form fields to a server, automatically send an email, or save them in browser storage. You decide whether to send the draft through your email app.

When you send your message

Your email provider handles the message you send. The designated recipient is michelle@laboratoriocliniconovalab.com. Information you send may be used to address your inquiry. Contact that inbox for questions about an inquiry you sent or its handling.

Sensitive information

Do not include identity documents, payment information, passwords or confidential project files in an initial general inquiry. Use an agreed, appropriate channel for any subsequent documents.

Hosting and other pages

The host may process ordinary web request information, such as IP addresses and access logs. This English page adds no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The existing French website, client workspace, external services and your email provider operate separately and may have their own practices.
